Cancellation Policy
Reiki Level 2 Training Policy Enrolment Requirements: Participants must have successfully completed Reiki Level 1. Proof of Reiki Level 1 certification is required at the time of registration. Registration and Payment: Full payment is required to secure your spot in the course. Registration can be completed through our online platform or by contacting our office directly. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date. Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, you may reschedule for the next available session, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the original course start date. Course Format: The training is offered both as a private session and a group class. All sessions must be attended to complete the training. Missing a session can result in the need to make up the session at an additional cost. Certification: Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a Reiki Level 2 certification. Attendance and active participation are mandatory to receive certification. Special Accommodations: Participants requiring special accommodations are encouraged to contact us in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made. Acceptance of Terms: By registering for Reiki Level 2 Training, participants agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
